Our Artisanal pizzas are the final evolution of the research that our executive chefs have accomplished to create an absolute masterpiece. The first step is the love for the most sustainable blend of premium low-calory but high in fibre flours. The chefs have selected flowers from the most ethical and eco-friendly producers and mixed them to create a unique flavour. The achieve the perfect consistency the dough is allowed to ferment for a long time, before is cooked in an authentic pizza over from Napoli. The oven is heated with gas to reduce the carbon emission and a specific selection of wood is used to infuse the pizzas with the typical aroma. The process is one of the most important elements to ensure that all our guest experience a crisp, airy and textured pizzas.
